Randy and Callie Boyd Serve as the Executive Directors of Prepare International. Randy has a Master's of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They have worked for twenty years in education and have pastored and trained existing and emerging leaders in nations around the world for the last twelve years.
